The Housing Our Community Committee, in conjunction with the Miami Area Economic Development Service, Inc. and the Miami Regional Chamber of Commerce, is conducting a survey to help steer its efforts to create additional workforce attainable housing in the Miami/Ottawa County area. A variety of attainable quality housing options are necessary to retain the area’s population and job base. This survey will help provide a better understanding of the area’s present housing situation and the workforce’s preferences, constraints, and priorities regarding potential new housing. The information collected by this survey will be displayed in aggregate form only, keeping all individual responses anonymous and confidential. NOTE: Survey respondents must be employed within Miami/Ottawa County. If your place of employment is located outside of Miami/Ottawa County, please refrain from taking the survey.
